Kolej Profesional Baitulmal Kuala Lumpur is an affiliated college of Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) and is entrusted to offer the Diploma in Business Studies (DBS) program, adhering 100% to the curriculum from UiTM. In line with the goals, objectives, and learning outcomes of the Diploma in Business Studies (BA111) program, it is hoped that after completing this program, KPBKL can produce graduates who are knowledgeable and competent in the business field, including areas such as marketing, economics, finance, and management. Additionally, it aims to produce graduates who are competitive and able to meet the needs of the industry in Malaysia and internationally.

Diploma in Business Studies (BA111) program offers courses that are relevant to current needs and aligned with the latest educational standards. Some of the courses offered include:

These courses are designed to prepare students with essential skills and knowledge in various aspects of business, enabling them to succeed in their careers and contribute effectively to the business industry.

This program aims to produce graduates who:

  • Can apply the techniques and skills needed to manage a business.
  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal relationship skills in work/study.
  • Demonstrate effective and collaborative written and oral communication skills.

1) For SPM Leavers

General University Requirements Pass SPM or its equivalent recognized by the Malaysian Government with at least THREE (3) CREDITS INCLUDING Bahasa Melayu AND Pass History (applicable from SPM 2013 onwards).

Specific Program Requirements

Meet the GENERAL UNIVERSITY REQUIREMENTS with CREDITS in the following subjects: English Mathematics / Additional Mathematics

2) For UiTM Pre-Diploma Leavers

Pass the Pre-Diploma in Commerce program (BA002/BA003) from UiTM.
