1. Conduct lectures and tutorials for students as per the schedule set by the faculty.
2. Provide guidance to students through official faculty or KPBKL’s programmes, such as the mentor-mentee program or other related initiatives.
3. Offer academic guidance to students through consultation sessions.
4. Create examination questions and grade them according to the academic regulations for the subject.
5. Serve as an invigilator for all programmes offered by KPBKL.
6. Engage in writing and publishing activities to enhance academic expertise.
7. Adhere to the rules and standards established by the college, relevant agencies and professional bodies.
8. Carry out administrative tasks for the Academic & Research Department as per required instructions.
9. Serve as a member of committees established by the college management for academic development and KPBKL’s initiatives.
10. Attend meetings organised by the Department of Academic & Research and KPBKL.
11. Organise activities to promote academic programmes.
12. Participate in development activities for society as needed.
13. Carry out any other assigned tasks as required.
1. Possess ACCA qualifications.
2. Candidates must have a Master’s degree in a related field, or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5 years of relevant work experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and be a member of an accredited professional body.
3. Experience in lecturing within the relevant field is preferred.
4. Capable of leading, with the ability to think creatively and critically, possess strong management skills, and be committed to teamwork. Must be analytical, flexible, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively with all levels of staff and external agencies.
5. Knowledgeable and proficient in using computers, specifically with Microsoft Office applications.

YBhg. Dr. Ruziah Binti Ghazali is a prominent leader in Malaysia’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector, recognized with the Special Award for Master Coach in Education Development from TVETecoUSIM. She advocates for Islamic TVET and supports individuals with disabilities, contributing to the book “Nothing is Impossible – Success Stories of Persons with Disabilities.”
As a scholar and Islamic Woman Entrepreneur, she focuses on women’s and community development and was honored as Tokoh Saidatina Aishah during National Women’s Day in 2021.
Dr. Ruziah holds a PhD in Educational Development from Universiti Putra Malaysia, a Master of Science in Educational Science, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Islamic Studies from the University of Malaya. She is also a licensed Company Secretary and Tax Agent.
