The aim is to produce Muslim professionals and subsequently elevate the economic status of the Muslim community. Institut Profesional Baitulmal (IPB) was established on 23 April 1992 through the efforts of Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan (MAIWP) and Yayasan Wilayah Persekutuan (YWP).
