Application for programs offered at Kolej Profesional Baitulmal Kuala Lumpur.
Applicants, please read the following requirements before filling in the application form.

  • The online application will use your identification card number as a reference.
  • Before selecting a program to apply for, please ensure that you meet the Academic Qualification Requirements and the Bumiputra Status for UiTM program applications.
  • Applications are allowed only once. However, applicants who wish to switch programs must do so through the Application Status menu (please choose a program available for switching to a new program).
  • Please select a program that matches your SPM results.
  • For any changes after submission, please contact the Admissions and Records Unit at 03-92814054.
  • If your application is successful, an offer letter will be issued online within 3 working days. Please CHECK your application status at Check Application Status.
  • Your application will be automatically canceled if there is any discrepancy or if the information provided is suspected to be false.

Steps for Online Application and Online Registration for New Students for the Jan, Mac, April, Julai, September 2025 Intake

  1. Submit Online Application:

  2. Offer Letter:
    ✅ Check the status of your application to see if it has been successful.
    ✅ Obtain the offer letter online.
    ✅ Confirm your attendance and download the registration attachments.

  3. Make Payment for Registration Processing Fee via JomPay:
    JomPay – Biller Code: 91561
    Ref 1: Student’s Identification Number (MyKad)

  4. Fill in the Google Form for Registration Processing Fee Payment (RM10):

  5. Students will be added to a WhatsApp group with the Program Coordinator.

  6. End.

DR. RUZIAH BINTI GHAZALI

YBhg. Dr. Ruziah Binti Ghazali is a prominent leader in Malaysia’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector, recognized with the Special Award for Master Coach in Education Development from TVETecoUSIM. She advocates for Islamic TVET and supports individuals with disabilities, contributing to the book “Nothing is Impossible – Success Stories of Persons with Disabilities.”

As a scholar and Islamic Woman Entrepreneur, she focuses on women’s and community development and was honored as Tokoh Saidatina Aishah during National Women’s Day in 2021.

Dr. Ruziah holds a PhD in Educational Development from Universiti Putra Malaysia, a Master of Science in Educational Science, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Islamic Studies from the University of Malaya. She is also a licensed Company Secretary and Tax Agent.
