Eligibility Requirements

for Baitulmal General Assistance and PTPTN Full Settlement Assistance

  1. Baitulmal General Assistance for KPBKL students
    Recipient must meet all of the following criteria:
    – A Muslim;
    – A Malaysian citizen;
    – Have registered as KPBKL student; and
    – Be subject to the Had Kifayah set by Baitulmal, MAIWP.

  2. Settlement Assistance of Education Loan
    Applicant must meet all of the following criteria:
    – A full -time diploma students at KPBKL;
    – A recipient of Baitulmal Assistance under one of the following categories; the faqir (extremely poor), miskin (poor) or muallaf (reverted muslim);
    – A borrower of education loan;
    – Complete studies with CGPA 3.5 and above; and
    – Reside in the Federal Territory.

Eligible recipient will receive:
1. Personal allowance up to RM450.00 every month;
2. Accommodation assistance every month;
3. Partial tuition fee assistance; and
4. 100% registration fee assistance.

YBhg. Dr. Ruziah Binti Ghazali is a prominent leader in Malaysia’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector, recognized with the Special Award for Master Coach in Education Development from TVETecoUSIM. She advocates for Islamic TVET and supports individuals with disabilities, contributing to the book “Nothing is Impossible – Success Stories of Persons with Disabilities.”

As a scholar and Islamic Woman Entrepreneur, she focuses on women’s and community development and was honored as Tokoh Saidatina Aishah during National Women’s Day in 2021.

Dr. Ruziah holds a PhD in Educational Development from Universiti Putra Malaysia, a Master of Science in Educational Science, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Islamic Studies from the University of Malaya. She is also a licensed Company Secretary and Tax Agent.
