TUAN HAJI ZURI ZABUDDIN BIN BUDIMAN

Chairman Board of Directors.

Tuan Haji Zuri Zabuddin bin Budiman is the Chairman of the KPBKL Board of Directors.

He has been a partner at Al Sabri & Co since 2019, following the merger with Zuri & Co. With extensive experience in Syariah law, estate planning, mediation, and litigation, he specializes in family estate disputes, high-profile marriage cases, and marriage counseling. Additionally, he has successfully resolved complex disputes and provided strategic partnership advice.

Tuan Haji Zuri Zabuddin Bin Budiman holds an LLB (Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia (1987-1991). He furthered his studies at the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK) (1992-1993) and obtained certificates from Accord Group Australia (2013) and San Francisco, California, USA (2018).

DATUK HAJI MOHD AJIB BIN ISMAIL

Director of the Department of Islamic Affairs of the Federal Territory (JAWI)

YBhg. Datuk Haji Mohd Ajib bin Ismail has extensive experience in public service as an Islamic Affairs Officer and community involvement.

He has dedicated over 33 years to serving the community in roles such as the Director of the Department of Islamic Affairs of the Federal Territory (JAWI), Secretary of the Federal Islamic Council (MAIWP), and Commander of the 515th Territorial Army Regiment for the Federal Territories.

YBhg. Datuk Haji Mohd Ajib bin Ismail holds a Certificate in Legal and Fatwa from Darul Ifta, Cairo, Egypt, a Special Course Certificate for Islamic Affairs Officers from the Institute of Leadership and Management, London, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Shariah (Honors) from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur.

TUAN HAJI BADLISHAH SHAM BAHARIM

Haji Badlishah Sham Baharin is the President of IKRAM Malaysia.

He served as a lecturer at UPM from 1985 to 2019, during which he conducted extensive research. He has published over 70 research papers and holds two patents.

He has received multiple international research awards and secured over 1 million ringgit in grants. In 2012, he was recognized as one of Malaysia’s “Top Research Scientists.”

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Leeds (1981) and a Master’s in Biochemical Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) (1985).

PUAN WAN AZIRA BINTI WAN SALLEH

Wan Azira binti Wan Salleh possesses extensive expertise in management services, information technology, and human resource development. She serves as a Board Member for several subsidiaries of MAIWP and has made significant contributions to various committees, including Audit and Quality, Strategic Planning, Digital Transformation, Nominations and Remuneration, and Training and Human Resource Development, as well as the Corporate Legal Selection Panel. Her accolades include the Knight Commander of the Order of the Crown of the Federal Territory (K.M.W.) and the MAIWP Excellent Service Award, awarded in 2022, 2004, and 1999.

Wan Azira binti Wan Salleh earned her Bachelor with Honors in Computer Science from the National University of Malaysia (UKM). Additionally, she has completed a Special Leadership Course for Islamic Affairs Officers (Experimental Learning in the United Kingdom) in London in 2017 and a Human Resource Management Course in Hanoi, Vietnam, in 2009.

YBHG. DR. HAJI AZMI BIN HAJI HARUN

YBhg. Dr. Haji Azmi Bin Haji Harun is an Associates Professor in Civil Law at IIUM and an advisor at Zailan & Associates.

He brings extensive experience in leadership and legal consulting. As a Certified Business Advisor, he received the Excellent Research Award in 2003 for his study on the “Public Utility Commission.” In 2012, he was honored with the Pingat Bakti Setia award by the Minister of Home Affairs and remains actively engaged in various research projects.

He studied Law at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), earning his Matriculation in 1986, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons.) in 1990, a Master of Comparative Law (M.C.L.) in 1991, and a Doctor of Philosophy.

YBHG. DATUK DYG SADIAH BINTI ABG BOHAN

YBhg. Datuk Dyg Sadiah Binti Abg Bohan commenced her career in 1989 as an Assistant Secretary at the Ministry of Agriculture. She obtained her MBA from the National University of Malaysia in 1998, the same year she transitioned to the role of Project Coordinator at INTAN.

From 1999 to 2013, she served at the Ministry of Finance and was seconded to The World Bank in Washington, D.C., as the Alternate Executive Director for Southeast Asia.

Upon her return in 2013, she held the position of Deputy Director-General of the Public Private Partnership Unit (UKAS), where she spearheaded initiatives for Public Private Partnerships (PPP). With over 32 years of experience, she was the third Director-General of UKAS until July 18, 2022.

Her educational qualifications include an MBA, a Diploma in Public Administration from INTAN, and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from the University of Malaya.

DR. RUZIAH BINTI GHAZALI

YBhg. Dr. Ruziah Binti Ghazali is a prominent leader in Malaysia’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector, recognized with the Special Award for Master Coach in Education Development from TVETecoUSIM. She advocates for Islamic TVET and supports individuals with disabilities, contributing to the book “Nothing is Impossible – Success Stories of Persons with Disabilities.”

As a scholar and Islamic Woman Entrepreneur, she focuses on women’s and community development and was honored as Tokoh Saidatina Aishah during National Women’s Day in 2021.

Dr. Ruziah holds a PhD in Educational Development from Universiti Putra Malaysia, a Master of Science in Educational Science, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Islamic Studies from the University of Malaya. She is also a licensed Company Secretary and Tax Agent.
